Standard Quality Assurance
1 Year (without further obligation) QA Package
Includes 2 Audits and 1 Data Analysis Report of all staff that conduct MRT, surveying of clients and staff (programs and security) to measure facilitator satisfaction, program satisfaction and curriculum satisfaction, a 1 Data Analysis report (analysis of selection criteria based on demographic information, educational background and prior program completion, analysis of client status, analysis of disciplinary write up history and restrictive housing unit history, analysis of mental health coding, analysis of recidivism). $750
Buy As You Go
- 1 Audit and surveying of clients/staff (one per staff) – $200
- Data analysis report (quarterly) – $100

2 year Quality Assurance Plan
